  Please note that if you have a large order that requires more than 1 box to ship, your total purchase might not arrive on the same day. It's usually arrives the next day. Please e-mail or call me promptly if this happens and we will track the missing portion of your purchase down for you or you can track it below.

        Shipping is sent by U.P.S. Ground for the Continental U.S. (48) States only. Shipping Outside the Continental U.S. is higher. Follow the charts below. All Rush Orders must be Called in to 1-904-644-7504 or cell 904-298-5750.

          Shipping Insurance is not included. The House Of Treasures is not responsible for items damaged during shipping, unless your item is insured. You must specify with your order if you want to include it. For all on-line purchases, shipping costs are tallied by Pay-Pal at checkout.

           All Phone, Fax and Mail Order must call us to receive the correct shipping charges. If you fail to do so this will delay your shipping time...... If you order any item that is out of stock, you have a choice of receiving a full refund or waiting until the item is back in stock. In which you will be notified promptly.

          We reserve the right to refuse payment in any event and/or when a fraudulent purchase attempt is suspected. Then the proper authorities will be notified. Fraud is a crime and we will prosecute it to the fullest extent of the law. This is for the protection of The House Of Treasures and the Customer.

  Please allow up 2 two weeks for your shipment to arrive depending on your method of payment, Holidays or out of stock orders. Most orders take no more than 5 business days.

Refund Policy

       We want our customers to be able to touch and feel our products for 30 days to see what we mean by Top Quality. With this in mind, if ever you or the recipient is not completely satisfied with our products, let us know for a prompt replacement or refund, keeping our customers satisfied is our #1 Priority. Simply send us an e-mail or give us a call, telling us the reason for your return and how you paid. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after we hear from you.  All refunds will be honored after we receive your refund request and returned merchandise. We will provide to you a total refund of your original purchase price only.

         We cannot return shipping and postage fee's because we absorb your zoning charges from U.P.S. Once you have received your items, you will have 30 days from the original shipping delivery date to return the items you want refunded. All merchandise must be postage paid by the buyer. All original packaging, e-mail confirmation receipt, Pay Pal ID, customer name and all instructions must accompany merchandise, in a postage paid box. If you paid by check or money order, it will be verified by us you will not have to send proof of payment.
